General conditions of participation and cancellation
With your registration you accept the following general conditions of participation and cancellation:
Seminar registration:
The number of participants is limited. The acceptance takes place in the order in which the registration forms are received. Registration is confirmed after the seminar fee has been paid.
Pay:
The fee is payable in euros plus 19% VAT either by authorisation to direct debit or by invoice. A valid sales tax identification number (VAT ID number) is required for participants from EU countries. A valid VAT number (VAT number) of the home country is required for participants from non-EU countries. The VAT ID no. / VAT no. must match the address given. Without specifying the VAT ID number. / VAT no. the statutory VAT of 19% is due for payment. Invoices are due within 8 days of being issued.
Coupon redemption:
With the "Seminar of your choice" vouchers, all small animal compact seminars (small animal surgery and small animal ophthalmology) are excluded.
With a surcharge of € 350 on the voucher, participation in the compact seminars is possible.

Cancellation:
Cancellation (without charge) must be up to three weeks before the commencement date of the seminar. Your seminar can only be cancelled via the EICKEMEYER® Seminar Portal. Up to one week before the start of the seminar, participants will be credited with 50% of the seminar price for future seminars. After that, unfortunately, no refund is possible. We are happy to accept a replacement participant at no additional cost.

Seminar cancellation:
If the seminar for an important reason - e.g. B. in the event of short-term illness of the speakers or insufficient number of participants - we will of course refund the paid course fee. No further claims can be made.
Meals:
The meals served in the respective seminar program are included in the price.
For accompanying persons at dinner, we charge a flat rate of € 35.00.
Reservation:
We would be happy to forward your reservation request to the appropriate hotel. Simply note your wishes on the registration form. The accommodation costs are not included in the seminar price and will be charged directly by the hotel.

Copyright:
The participant agrees that EICKEMEYER® or third parties commissioned by it may photograph and/or film during the training events. The participant consents to EICKEMEYER® and its affiliated companies in Germany and abroad the exclusive, unrestricted right in terms of location, time and content, the recordings made by the participant (portraits, group pictures, etc.) in unchanged, edited or redesigned form, in full or partially, any number of times for internal or external publications or used by third parties. This also includes use in the press and on the Internet. The participant waives all of the aforementioned rights of use to the recordings he has made. The participant will be happy to receive the recordings electronically when an email address is provided.
Carpool:
The participant agrees to the formation of participant carpools and in doing so to forward the contact information needed.
The points early bird discount and year-end bonus only apply to the seminars from 2020
Early booking discount:
Participants who have registered up to 3 months before the start of the seminar will receive an early bird discount.

Year-end bonus:
EICKEMEYER® grants the following year-end bonus for regular seminar participation for each course year (January 1 - December 31).
The annual reimbursement per practice / clinic or privately booked person is credited to their seminar account.
